Only third party recruiters and search firms,
commonly known as HeadHunters. Currently we have over
8000 contingency and retained search firms as our
members. Our firms range in size from the individual
solo practitioner to the large multi-officed national
/ international firms. |

other types of services do you offer? |
A:
We offer several advanced features in addition
to our basic submit
of $49.99, which includes 3 industry
selections and the option of FREE geographic
filtering.
- Increase your exposure by choosing an
additional 3 industries/disciplines to increase
the distribution of your resume even further for
only $19.99 additional.
The more industries you choose, the more
recruiters will receive your resume!
- Protect your Privacy with our
Confidential Email Box. Choose to have the
recruiters direct their replies to a confidential
e-mail address @resumezapper.com for $10
additional. The recruiters will not see your
regular e-mail address, but the resumezapper
address, (ie. box1021@resumezapper.com). When they
reply, the responses will be automatically
forwarded to your existing e-mail account. The
confidential box will also suppress your contact
information within your profile. You will need
to remove your contact info from your resume and
cover letter, Resume
Poster.com will not remove
your contact info from your resume and/or cover
letter.
Get your resume zapped to the new recruiters

| Q: What
types of results can I expect? |
| A:
Your results will depend mostly on your
qualifications, salary, and location requirements, for
the positions that the recruiters are currently
working on. Recruiters will typically respond right
away to the candidates that fit one of their current
search assignments, and will add to their database all
other candidates for later search assignments. Remember
the average recruiter works 8 to 10 new search
assignments per week!!! DO THE MATH---If your submitted
resume goes to 1000 recruiters you are getting exposed
to 8000 to 10,000 jobs!!!! |
